Silver Circuit, L.L.C. was founded in Charlotte, NC in 2025 with the goal to help empower the 55 and over community when it comes to understanding technology. We believe that everyone has the power to learn, understand, and utilize technology to their own benefit. We will always provide a safe place to learn and ask questions and we believe that learning something new every day is fundamental to our well being and growth as individuals.
Our Story
Our story begins on an early Friday morning in May of 2025; my wife struggled to sleep and I woke up to her reading in bed at 4:45. We were both feeling unfulfilled at our current jobs and we talked about starting a business where we could lean into our passions of teaching and helping others. My wife reminded me how thankful our parents and grandparents are for our tech help and how it always puts a smile on our faces to bring a helping hand to them when they are in need. The idea for Silver Circuit was born.
I was leading a wonderful team of engineers at the time, and I wasn't quite ready to leave them yet. However, life had other plans. Just a few short hours after coming up with our business idea, I was informed that my position was being eliminated and that my career of over 10 years was coming to an end in two short weeks. While it was jarring at first, I quickly realized that this was just the motivation I needed to get our company off the ground and to bring my passion for teaching to our local community.

At Silver Circuit, L.L.C., our mission is to empower the 55 and over community—and people of all ages across Charlotte, NC—to feel confident, capable, and safe in today’s digital world. We provide patient, personal, and trustworthy technology support that no large corporation can match, tailoring our guidance to each individual’s needs and learning style.
We are dedicated to helping our community build digital literacy, ask questions without fear, and embrace new technology as an opportunity, not an obstacle. With over 20 years of experience in technical support, we take pride in being a reliable partner who not only solves problems, but also protects our clients from online scams, misinformation, and emerging digital threats.
